Tonino Scala e Carmine Spera hanno presentato “E’ sempre la stessa storia” il loro ultimo romanzo
Si è tenuta ieri sera nello splendido scenario del Museo di Pulcinella la presentazione dell’ultimo romanzo di Tonino Scala e Carmine Spera (I Figli di Gianna) “E’ sempre la stessa storia”.A moderale l’incontro, in contemporanea con la partita del Napoli, Franco Mennitto tra gli animatori di una struttura bella ed importante per la cultura teatrale e non solo della nostra terra. Una discussione che ha acceso un dibattito su Napoli e sulla sua provincia. Un libro che fotografa attraverso un esercizio di stile una realtà amara, quella della periferia di una città, di un mondo periferico. Leggere questo libro, “È sempre la stessa storia” de I Figli di Gianna (pagg. 96, euro 10)” edito da “Il Quaderno edizioni” di Boscoreale (NA), è come vedere il film del 1956 diretto da Stanley Kubrick, tratto dal romanzo omonimo di Lionel White, Rapina a mano armata (The Killing). Sia il film sia il romanzo raccontano la storia di una complessa rapina a un ippodromo da più punti di vista. È questo il tentativo che fanno i due autori in questo riuscito romanzo breve. Tonino Scala e Carmine Spera firmano il libro con uno pseudonimo “I Figli di Gianna”, un modo simpatico per iniziare una collaborazione che sarà di sicuro proficua. Scala ha al suo attivo numerose pubblicazioni, Spera è un famoso scrittore di canzoni, alcuni suoi brani sono stati scelti in più di una occasione per la più importante manifestazione canora diretta ai bambini: Lo Zecchino d’oro. Questo sodalizio è un tentativo di mettere insieme scrittura cruda e diretta, ironica e amara, vista con occhi diversi. “È sempre la stessa storia” sono storie, Storie di una storia che è sempre la stessa storia, nella stessa città: Napoli città eterna e maledetta. Una città crocevia di culture, drammi e sogni dove le storie, la storia, quella di Marco e Giovanni si intrecciano con il territorio, la musica, gli odori, le vite di Maria, Pamela, Peppe, Carmine con la loro quotidianità, le loro aspettative, le loro miserie. È sempre la stessa storia? No. Una storia, la storia è fatta da chi la vive, da chi la vede, da chi l’ascolta, da chi la racconta… e non sarà mai la stessa storia. In tante sequenze narrative sfalsate temporalmente sul modello di Antonio Pascale de “La manutenzione degli affetti”, I Figli di Gianna ci parlano di due muschilli, Giovanni e Marco, che figli di un Bronx minore sfangano la loro quotidianità dandosi alle rapine di rolex sul lungomare partenopeo. Fanno questo raccontando la quotidianità fatta dei sogni di questi ragazzi, tra neomelodici, interni familiari post-proletari e belle guaglione da sposare. Non c’è alcun intento moralistico in questa narrativa che racconta Beppe Portobello, il ricettatore di Rolex, Maria, il Cinese ed il Tedesco con una narrativa asciutta, essenziale, ma ricca di colori, fragranze, sapori, umori, paesaggi talvolta noir, talvolta romantici. In questo libro si sente l’amore per Napoli ed il suo martoriato comprensorio come molla, ma anche come oggetto del raccontare. La lingua, in questo romanzo breve, ritma in un crescendo di suoni ed odori spuri l’andare quotidiano e necessitato di un popolo senza più rappresentanti. Come un nenia neomelodica e senza più colonne sonore americane che divertono da un realtà reale, che al di là della sua crudezza va vissuta come unico antidoto per una città di sale e sole, senza più tempi andati da tramandare.
