Secondo me neanche lui sa quanti libri ha scritto…
E’ questa, infatti, l’ultima fatica letteraria di Tonino Scala, scrittore e giornalista.
Più volte ha sostenuto che lui scrive per non… andare in analisi: ecco perché ha collaborato e collabora con molte testate giornalistiche, oltre ad aver pubblicato vari libri alcuni dei quali sono diventati… film.
Scrive di cronaca nera, nel senso che trae spunto da avvenimenti realmente accaduti di cui, molto spesso, poi non si parla più…
Nelle storie delle vittime innocenti della camorra (attualmente 944!) molto frequentemente accade che vengano ammazzate una seconda volta, uccidendone la memoria, infangandola con il sospetto e la calunnia.
Sembra impossibile ma è la cruda verità: a Napoli, in Campania si può essere uccisi per nulla: perché si somiglia vagamente a qualcuno o si possiede la stessa moto, la stessa auto o si abita nello stesso stabile di un malavitoso, per un complimento o uno sguardo di troppo, per aver denunciato o più semplicemente essersi ribellati ad un sopruso, per aver camminato nel posto sbagliato all’ora sbagliata…
Questa è una terra in guerra, dove si ammazza in strada, senza rispetto: gli assassini uccidono sempre e comunque…
Il libro è imperniato sulla triste storia di Dario Scherillo, giovane vita spezzata, che si trovava, a parer di Tonino Scala, nel posto giusto, in un momento giusto, ma in un mondo sbagliato.
La dedica dell’Autore è “A tutte le vittime di una guerra che dura da troppi anni”.
Questa affermazione è, in pratica, la summa dell’intero libro del noto scrittore stabiese, impegnato anche con i suoi scritti a contrastare la malavita organizzata comunque si chiami.
La camorra ha tristemente segnato la vita di uomini e donne e delle rispettive famiglie, che, per libera scelta o per tragico destino, si sono imbattuti in questo male assoluto, ha condizionato e condiziona le scelte politiche ed economiche, ha inquinato ed inquina la vita sociale e le dinamiche pubbliche, ha sparso e continua a spargere sangue innocente!
Le centoventinove pagine del libro di Tonino Scala si fanno leggere con passione, emozione, catturando l’attenzione del lettore dall’inizio alla fine.
Un solo impegno preso dall’Autore con questo libro con la mamma e i fratelli di Dario, Pasquale e Marco: non dimenticare e non far dimenticare Dario Scherillo!
