Con Tonino Scala e “La Costituzione siamo noi”
Si è tenuta questa mattina una singolare iniziativa presso l’Istituto Comprensivo 35- Salvemini di Napoli in Via S. Gatto ai Colli Aminei nel giorno della Memoria, quella di ricordare le vittime della mafia parlando di Costituzione. Dal 1996 ogni 21 marzo si celebra la Giornata della Memoria e dell’Impegno per ricordare le vittime innocenti di tutte le mafie.
Quale migliore modo per costruire con i ragazzi un percorso sulla legalità se non quello di partire dalla Magna Carta? Parlare di Costituzione dei suoi principi partendo da un libro scritto da Tonino Scala e edito dalla casa editrice napoletana Il Quaderno dal titolo emblematico: la Costituzione siamo noi ovvero la Costituzione spiegata ai ragazzi. Una bella mattinata con docenti, alunni e autore che è riuscito a tenere incollato gli alunni alle sedie con una lezione semplice e immediata coadiuvato da canzoni e video. Il libro in questione è il frutto di un lavoro che ha visto il coinvolgimento dei ragazzi delle V elementari del I Circolo Didattico di Poggiomarino che hanno realizzato le illustrazioni. Un progetto articolato che è costato mesi di lavoro e che ha visto i suoi frutti grazie al concerto di intenti tra autore, ragazzi ed insegnanti. Il testo prende a pretesto un dialogo tra padre e figli per parlare di come è nata la Costituzione e del contenuto della stessa. Il libro in questione contiene anche delle schede didattiche di approfondimento che aiuteranno insegnanti e ragazzi a meglio comprendere la Carta Costituzionale. La Costituzione siamo noi è un dialogo tra padre e figli per comprendere il valore e l’attualità della Costituzione Italiana dal punto di vista dei ragazzi, per insegnare loro l’importanza della socialità, dell’uguaglianza, della partecipazione: un utile approfondimento all’insegnamento della Cittadinanza e Costituzione.
La Costituzione è un documento prezioso, perché contiene i principi sui quali si fonda la nostra Repubblica democratica: va letta, va studiata, va praticata . La Costituzione siamo noi, sta a noi rispettarla e farla rispettare. Un bel modo per ricordare le vittime di tutte le mafie.
