FESTA DEL VINO, IL QUADERNO EDIZIONI presenta IL RICETTARIO “A QUALCUNO PIACE VESUVIANO, Vini e Sapori all’ombra del Vesuvio.”

Boscoreale, 9 novembre 2014. All’interno della sala del consiglio comunale si è svolta l’iniziativa culturale promossa da “Il quaderno edizioni” che nell’ambito della festa del vino ha offerto il suo contributo presentando un ricettario scritto da cittadini, soprattutto donne, che hanno raccolto in un libro le antiche ricette tramandate da madre in figlia accompagnandole da piatti innovativi realizzati con i prodotti tipici del territorio vesuviano. Molte delle autrici che hanno firmato le ricette, nell’occasione della presentazione, hanno anche preparato alcune pietanze, esponendole in una mostra che poi è stata gustata dai presenti insieme alla degustazione di vini gentilmente offerti dalle  Cantine del Vesuvio. Presenti alla manifestazione il sindaco di Boscoreale Giuseppe Balzano, il presidente dell’associazione “Il quaderno edizioni” Stefania Spisto, i titolari delle case vinicole: Eredi Izzo, Cantine del Vesuvio, Cantine Villa Regina, Fiore Romano vini, I nobili del Vesuvio e Sorrentino vini, gli autori del ricettario: Rachele Avvisati, Anna Bartiloro, Concetta Cocci, Rita Di Prisco, Alessandra Illiano, Maddalena Pinto, Emma Roviello, Roberto Sica, Rosa Spisto, Anna Maria Vitiello e le donne del Comitato Cittadino di Boscotrecase. Il sindaco Giuseppe Balzano si è congratulato con l’associazione “Il quaderno edizioni” perché con questa iniziativa si è centrato il vero senso della festa che è quello della riscoperta delle nostre antiche tradizioni e della pubblicizzazione e dell’esportazione dei nostri migliori prodotti. A nome delle case vinicole ha preso la parola Maurizio Russo che si è dimostrato entusiasta del testo, che scritto in due lingue italiano e inglese, può essere apprezzato dai turisti che ogni anno vengono in visita al Vesuvio, gustano i nostri piatti e possono ripeterli e farli conoscere ai loro connazionali una volta tornati ai loro paesi. Anche per Bonny Sorrentino l’iniziativa è un ottimo volano di crescita per il nostro territorio che vuole far conoscere al mondo le eccellenze di cui dispone. Ha preso la parola anche Emma Roviello, una delle autrici delle ricette, donna da sempre impegnata sui problemi ambientali e sociali della sua città che ha dichiarato: “Sono stata molto felice di partecipare alla stesura di questo testo perché credo che dopo tante lotte sia giunto il momento di alternare a queste la costruzione di nuove strade da percorrere per far rinascere il nostro territorio. A concludere è Stefania Spisto, il presidente della casa editrice “Il quaderno edizioni” che dopo aver ringraziato tutti i partecipanti ha spiegato le motivazioni che l’hanno spinta ad accettare la pubblicazione del libro: “Ho voluto la pubblicazione di questo ricettario per un’importate motivo che riguarda il riscatto della nostra terra che non può essere riconosciuta solo come la Terra dei Fuochi, delle discariche o di altre nefandezze, ma che merita di essere conosciuta e apprezzata anche per sua storia, le sue tradizioni, i suoi prodotti eccezionali come il vino e le ricette delle nostre donne che in questo modo hanno uno strumento valido per essere tramandate e divulgate.”
